No customer service. *********** management

My dauggter hired her graduation garments from birch on the 7th April already. It was returned on the 9April. They told her to wait 2to3 working days to receive her refund. To this date she still has heard nothing from them she has called numerous times and they keep telling her to wait for a sms. Today when she called and spoke to a female manager the lady dropped the call after telling her they busy with another graduation and she must just wait. They are so rude the people working there and they think they can treat the students any way they want to. Yet they quick to just take their money and now they giving her the run around when it comes to refunding her money. Birch should train their staff on customer service.
