NO DELIVERY AND NON EXISTANT TRACKING NUMBER

I placed an order # ***4 on the 4th February, I received some of my goods but apparently 2 items were out of stock. On the 25th of February I received notification that the outstanding items had been shipped and that I would receive them on the 2nd March, I DIDN'T. I then did a track & trace using the link, that tracking number does not exist! I then sent them an email on the 2nd requesting further information, NO reply. I sent another email on the 3rd, still NO reply.<br> This seems to be a common thing with Biovea as I have experienced a no delivery on my previous order and eventually got a credit after 6 months!
