Great service

I ordered a Crest product from Biovea. I eft'd and they picked it up. The order was told to me to be out of stock. I ordered a similar one and it just arrived. I am impressed. I hope the product works. I think people ordering online must know exactly what they want and be prepared to have a substitute to order so as to be not upset. I emailed too following up on my payment and order etc. Biovea's customer service is prompt and excellent. Thank you Biovea.
