Where is my product?????

<p>On 4 Nov 2016 I have ordered (an paid for!) a product from this company. They confirmed my order AND payment a day later and send me an email with all my details and reference numbers for shipping and said the product would be delivered within 4 weeks, but after sending them emails to query the undelivered product to date I have received NOTHING but emails telling me they are following up - but nothing happens further. I have sent them my cellnumber but nobody calls back! Pathetic to wait more than 6 weeks for a single product!</p>
