Unhappy customer

<p>I have ordered products worth R1700 from Biotrim Labs in December 2015 and have not received anything as yet. I have addressed it with Biotrim and they are not taking any responsibility to resolve the matter. The last time they have responded to say I must take it up with the post office. This will be impossible for me to track the delivery. Biotrim will have to refund me or will have to ensure I get my products.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would never order anything from Biotrim Labs.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please help!</p>
