Ordered product online in May 2015 and thought I was paying R160, instead I was charged R1600, the web site didn't confirm the order and didn't provide an invoice. Next morning I called the ABSA to cancel the charge on my credit card and they said they could do nothing about it! I called Biotrim to cancel and refund and was told there is nothing they could do as the order was shipped! They sent me a tracking number. July I queried that the tracking number was not updated and was told that once it leaves the U.S. They could no longer track and I should wait! End July I then emailed them querying copying in the email they provided me with the order number, tracking number etc. there response was that there is no record of my transaction! I have emailed them every other day since and only get do not reply messages. This is a **** people!
