Products not delivered!!

<p>I ordered a product from Biotrim Labs amonths ago and although tracking says that shipmnent has arrived in my country, I have never received the shipment. I have also sent 2 Emails to their queries department and have so far received no reply whatsoever!!. I recommend that customers be very careful when purchasing from Biotrim Labs online. :-(</p>
