Paid for never received

I bought a product from Biotrim labs in June for R1500.00 i was told it would take 6 to 8 weeks to arrive. I have been waiting almost 5 months and everytime i query I just keep getting the same mail telling me it is on it's way, thanking me for my patience! This company should be brought up on ***** charges.
