Order not delivered after 9 weeks

<p>I placed and paid for an order with Biotrim. It has been 9 weeks and the order has not been delivered. They promise that you will not wait more than 4 weeks for an order.</p> <p>I have been in email contact with their customer support who has basically just been sending standard copied text answers. The lastest is that order is probably at my nearest Post Office. I went there, and after waiting in the cue for an hour they said that the reference number Biotrim has given me, is not a number they can track on their system, so they can't tell me if the order is there. </p> <p>So Biotrim refuse to give me my money back. It has been 9 weeks and haven't received my order... And they are sending me out to go and hunt somewhere for where my order might be. Delivery was included in the amount that I paid. </p> <p>No I don't have my order, I have not hope of getting my money back and Biotrim is making it my problem to figure out where my order might be.</p>
