no delivery

in July 2015 i paid in full for their product range.<br> but to no avail have i received my goods.<br> they have sent me a reference number, which is no help at all.<br> I have contacted all departments regarding this, from delivery to billing. i have been more than accommodating in supplying my bank statement showing payment, sending my email address and all other details asked of me, with absolutely no answer or suggestion of whether i will ever receive the goods or be re-em bused my money.<br> this is absolutely appalling and i do not recommend anyone purchases anything from this company.<br>
