*****ed company

I purchased a brainplusIQ product on the 12/01/2016 from biotrim labs under the impression that I was paying R395 for one bottle, but seconds later R2100 was debited from my ABSA credit card. After re-reading their advert online I realized that I actually bought 5 bottles, I contacted my bank and they said there's nothing they can do and I should sort out the issue with the company. I sent some emails to the company and they initially misunderstood my quiry and responded promptly as they thought I was planning to make a purchase but after I clarified my story they went mute on me till today. I made peace with the fact that I had lost my money and then another problem arised,I still haven't received my order till today and when I asked them about it, they told me they only responsible for delivery until the orders reach their destination countries, I've asked for the contact information of the company responsible for deliveries in my country and as usual I've never received any answer. I've concluded that this is a ******** skeem, with the objective of *****ing people of their hard earned money, I strongly regret the day I saw their their ad online .
