<p class="MsoNormal">They showed on their adverti*****t that a bottle of Pure Life cleanses costs R295.00, but they decided to deduct R1696.25. I immediately contacted their billing and support and queried the transactions; I also requested on numerous different e-mails that they cancel the order. I eventually received a response stating that I opted for the decision to buy 5 bottles and that’s why they charged me that amount...The more I requested them to cancel the order as I defiantly will not have bought 5 bottles as I don't even know if this product works. Finally after struggling to get a response, I finally received one that stated that they can't cancel my order as the products have been shipped! Why continue with a transaction where the customer requested (immediately after the purchase) and contacted them 5 times asking to cancel and refund me, not ship the products!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p class="MsoNormal">A bunch of ************ that has false advertising and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE....</p>
