Biotrim stole my money

I went online to order, but the transaction didn't go through. On my next months bank statement i saw a deduction from Biotrim Labs for R 66.11. I contacted them to find out whether i would be receiving the product. Now according to them the cannot find me on their system. I gave them the exact date on which the transaction went through s well as the amount but to no avail, i keep getting the same response
