Biotrim Labs a bunch of theives

HI I ordered goods from Biotrim labs in January 2020 and as yet received nothing. After calling them a number of times, today they promised to give me a full refund. After 2 hours I get a call back from them telling me that they will only payback 85% of the value. Please people be on the lookout for this site.
