BioTrim Keto Advanced - Non delivery / performance

I ordered Keto advance from Biotrim Labs on 22 Nov 2020 after reading an article about a PHD student doing some research with them and Unisa in South Africa. I believed it to be credible due to the university mentioned. I spent $235 on the mentioned product. I received a conformation end and tracking number. To date I have not received my order nor can I get any responce from them on email and there telephone number says that they cannot take calls. This is the worst service and reading other posts makes me believe I have been ****med as well. Avoid doing business with this company
