Beware Biotrim Labs

The Biotrim Labs website is written to confuse. When you think you are purchasing a single month's supply of a particular product in order to test its efficacy you are actually buying six months' supply, and joining their "club". There are no invoices, and the reference number is hidden. You are also not given any log-on password for the website in order to make changes to your orders or status. Requests to have the purchase reversed are ignored. The "club" takes R160 a month. Again requests to have it stopped are ignored. On top of it all when the product proves to be ineffective they do not live up to their promise of a refund. In short, deal with them at your peril and cost.
