Bad service no good words

I have order 1 packet from them and then they took money from my account for 6 packets they sel under false pretenses and the service is no good. Its been 3 months now and they took R2900.00 from my account. Please don't support them. No goods received at all. Please advice how to get my money back please. Thank you
