Bioteen only good for nutrition on the web, not for service delivery

the first time I ordered from Bioteen the service was good and the delivery was prompt. However, this was in June 2022. This year on 27 February 2023, I placed an order and did the online payment.

I followed up on my order and provided the POP on 8 March. On 13 March I did a follow up unfortunately only by email as there is no listed telephone number for Bioteen Nutrition. Until today no feedback or delivery. Please note it is a local SA company who are unable to deliver in South Africa Please be aware of this company as I am not sure if I will get my money back.
