Took my laptop into Biotec computors in Boksburg as keyboard was faulty. Waited 3 weeks despite numerous follow ups. After 3 weeks asked to come pick up and on arrival was told laptop was dead and would not switch on. (was working fine prior to taking in for keyboard). Getting home I opened back cover as know a fair amount about computors only to find both 8 gb ram chips gone (******) as well as power cord missing, one key on keyboard missing and 256 ssd M2 chip also gone, all missing. Upon phoning the owner Bothwelll, he said he had outsourced laptop, (despite telling me how long he had personally worked on it) and they must have ****** parts. I have followed up numerous times but just keep getting fobbed off. no alternative but to lay a charge as well as small claims court. Do not use Biotec computors 100 Rietfontein rd Boksburg.
