Installed Faulty Equipment, stole equipment

The supplier Peet Strydom from Biosec distributes ZK range of fingerprint readers, we bought the 3 readers from them and 2 has not been in working order from beginning. We keep getting told they will come and look but now after 8 months nothing has been done yet, the one reader and mastercard was actually taken off-site 5 months ago and has not been returned to us, which constitutes theft. Peet and Clinton just ignores all our requests, does not answer our calls or emails.<br> <br> Their total lack of service is just completely unacceptable.
