Worst experience ever.

I have never done any hair treatments before and thought for my first treatment I would go to a "reputable salon" to make sure I get the best results possible. I was also advised by many to do my treatments at this salon. However, despite all the good things I have from this salon, I received the worst treat by the staff.

On 28th of june 2019 I had an appointment for 1:30 pm. And that's exactly when my whole mood changed for the rest of the day. I was going to do the botox treatment so the first step is to wash the hair. This step was pretty simple and was done fairly well. My hair was then dried by a woman that just asked me if I've ever done a botox treatment before. I said no and was advised by this lady that someone else will explain everything after she dries my hair. After that another lady came to apply the treatment on my hair. Because this was my first time I wanted to know a bit more info and just confirm that this is the right treatment for me. This lady was more interested in providing insight to the client next to me than focusing on me, who is sitting in her chair! I was advised that this treatment would stay in for about 30 to 40 mins. The treatment ended up staying in my hair for an hour! My eyes were burning and so was my sculp. I was ****ed but kept my calm and thought I would be considerate given that they were quite busy (not an excuse though). My hair was then washed again and I was told to move to a chair to blow and flat iron my hair. This was when I just wanted to get out of there immediately. This woman didn't even bother to greet me. Got straight to business. Worst customer service ever. I mentioned that I don't like how static my hair is and I was ignored. I mentioned that I don't like how she is flat ironing my hair to the back and she told me that it won't stay to the back and will fall they way I wanted it to. It did not! She worked so fast with the flat iron that my hair looked like I got electrocuted. When I was done no oil or serum was app**** to get rid of fly aways or the static look. When I got to the counter to pay I was ignored and just there waiting to be noticed. Luwayne ignored me and attended to the customer behind me. I hate this place! I will never come back! There was a lady that came after me that was offered a magazine and a comfortable chair to sit on. I had to wait with my treatment on in a chair that had a basin and I could not rest my back against that. People who had make up and dressed better than me received amazing service and was interacted with. I wish I came looking like my best self. Would not recommend this salon to anyone
