Worst experience ever

<p>I am desperately unhappy, I wasted so much time and money at your salon and now you ask that I spend more time and money to give you an opportunity to correct something that should have been done properly in the first place. Asking me to trust the same people that completely messed up my hair. On top of that I have to replace all the items damaged by my hair colour still coming off. I asked for a refund and was told in such a nasty way "Well then go get a lawyer!" How horrible !</p>
