Useless

Complete waste of money! Initially, it worked fine, but soon I started experiencing issues, I sent it back to the Bionic shop, and they repaired it. However, the fixed iron only worked for another two months before the plates stopped heating up altogether.

Now that the warranty has expired, I'm left with a useless product. I would not recommend buying a Bionic flat iron to anyone. The quality and durability are disappointing, and the warranty period is too short.
