Products too harsh

I purchased their products online, the cleanser and serum. Since I’ve been using them I had a sudden breakout it’s been 4 weeks now. At 1st I thought it would ease down but it kept getting worse, I reached out to them for advice the lady just avoided my messages. I then stopped using them and continued with my Clinique products.
