Bad service

In the first week of September 2016 we went to Biolife. Our son, Jason, needed a gym close to home for 3 months because we were moving back to Cape Town end of November. We there and then made that clear, and agreed to the deal of R325/month and signed the documents.

Jason started to go on 5/9 and I made and EFT of R325. On 28/9 I made another EFT. A day or 2 later Jason lost his gym card and they had to give him a new one. On 30/9 their debit order, R345 (new card amounted to R20), went off. I was surprised because I couldn't remember signing a debit order form, but decided to accept it. According to me was our 3 months agreement now paid in full.

On 31/10 another d/o of R345 went off. We then decided to leave it there because we couldn't move end of November anymore but end of December. On 1/12 another R345 d/o, so during December I tried to either phone them or I went to the gym. You then get an answering machine or the gym is closed. We then moved end of December and moved into our Cape Town house in January. On 30/12 another d/o. Round about 23/1/2017 I phoned Biolife and spoke to Hannes. He first asked me if we sent them a cancellation letter to which I rep****, if our agreement was for 3 months why must I still say I'm going to cancel it. He also told me another d/o will go off since that information has already been sent to bank. And he told me they will draw the file and phone me back, which they haven't. Last week we sent them an email, no reply. We are phoning them but all we get is an answering machine. Biolife owes us more than a R1000.
