False advertisiment on shaker

I bought the shaker as it was advertised as being leak proof ,but its been leaking from day one and i thought the one i bought was faulty,so I bought the second one and it leaked also.I would like to have the 2 shakers replaced as i should not have the problem of leaking,as it was a false advertising!.
