DO NOT USE BIOGEN/BIOTIN

I have been wondering why I have been on my menstrual cycle for a prolonged period as this has never happened to me before. I started looking at the changes that I have made to my diet and or otherwise. I have been using the Biogen/Biotin for my hair and nails and noticed how intense my periods were. Even going up to 21 full days of bleeding with no end in sight. Last week I travelled home for 8 days and forgot the pills. Funny enough, when home the periods completely stopped. Yesterday after taking a pill, I realised that I am again bleeding. This product is not good for consumption and probably needs to be removed from the shelf!!!
