Biogen Destroyed my life

So its just one of those night my sleep have been abruptly been interrupted by the harsh hydrochloric stomach contents oozing from my mouth and nose...... I guess it's my own stupidity. Bt to make a long story even shorter I have been on biogen dischem brand bt wen ever i drink it...... Then I start to develop so bad heart burn it feels like the mucousa membrane in my stomach is completely F@%ked. I started using biogen due to covid 19 infection on the rise is S.A and it was the only multivitamin that contained all ingredients to cope with this virus. However I am truly disappointed the same has happened when I was so weak I couldn't move in 2017 and once again I gave biogen the benefit of the bought. Bt history can't repeat itself again. I literally feel like removing my stomach taking it to the laundry so it can be washed and then just have it been translocated to its original site. If I could prove scientifically that this was the cause as I am in the industry..... Bt due to work commitments I can now relate to the saying to much of a good thing can be detrimental to your health.
