Biofit wellness helps in more ways than one

One year ago, I was fat and miserable. My husband wanted to take me on a cruise, and I decided to do cross fit at Biofit wellness in Centurion. It is a year later and I lost 15 kg. The osteoporosis I was diagnosed with is gone. My back ache is gone, and I met a lot of fun people who have my back when I have an off day. I can recommend them any time.
