Poor communication and conflicting information regarding donor payment

I underwent an egg donation through Grace Donors/BioART and have been experiencing poor and inconsistent communication regarding my payment. I was given different information by the coordinator and Accounts about who was responsible for the payment and when it would be made. Accounts later advised that the payment had been sent through and that I should receive the funds by the following day, but I was not provided with proof of payment despite requesting it. I feel I have had to repeatedly chase for basic updates and clarity.
