Poor customer service

I visited them o the 22/10/2022 in the afternoon and the manager's name is Latoya so I was told by the waitress, their service was very poor as they had 2 waitresses and it was busy. I had to wait 30min for a coffee and 2 hours to be served food, everyone was panicking not forgetting 30min prior waiting for a waitress to serve us. after that there was no one to clean the tables, we had to sort them out ourselves and then another hour waiting to pay the bill. I hope that they can employ more waiters as we are approaching the busy season, I can't even recommend someone there.
