Wrong order poorly handled

My wife and I had lunch at this restaurant at at 1:30pm. I had placed an order for a particular meal and so did my wife. The waitress did not repeat our orders! A while later our meals arrived and it was not what either of us had ordered. Another waiter then brought my wife's meal, however I was stuck with what was initially brought to me as the waitress insisted that this is what I ordered. The hostess then arrives to rudely tell me the same thing! Then she told me that I could have another meal but I will still be billed for the one I didn't order. I declined, paid for our meals and left. I would not have posted this had I not overheard the same hostess apologise profusely to a group of white patrons behind us for mixing up their drinks order which has she hastily rectified. I was horrified that this sort of behaviour still exists!!!!
