Customer Exploitation Bing Building Supplies Radium & Hammanskraal

This is a hardware store in the rural areas with very poor service and exploitation of customers and high level of ignorance when it comes to the rights of consumers/customers. I bought building material on 1st November 2020 delivery was promised for Monday. Goods were only delivered on Wednesday 4th November 2020 after numerous calls and complaints, one of the items was not available in stock for delivery and I requested that they cancel what is not available and refund me. I was asked to provide my banking details and when I follow up on the payment of the refund, I am told that they cannot refund me the money, I must take something else in their store for the amount of the refund. I do not want anything in their store now I loose my money
