refund

hellopeter.com i have issue with a binary broker "BINARYMATE" I OPENED account with them and some has been trading for me so now i must pay 5% to them before i can get money back and its suggested to be sent to them via western union only. so i asked for refund but not respond and now the web link shows error which means it has crashed. can you help please.
