Dissappointing service Admin staff/ management

I am absolutely dissapointed with the service received from the administrators for this company. Communication is terrible and no one bothers to contact you if directly you have a query. I have made payments that have not been allocated on their side because of them changing accounts. Proof of payments has been sent to them and still I am being harrassed every week for payments to be made. No funds have been returned to my bank account for the payments made and yet they do not bother to track the payments in the previous account or have the decency to pick up the phone and call me. If this is their way of delivering a client service, I'd rather look for a better service than deal with them again.
