Young, Arrogant, Unapologetic and Plain RUDE!

I dont have an issue with the food. its always Perfect so at least the guys and gals in the Kitchen know what they doing.

but The young Muslim lady with the Glasses at the Rylands branch must be the Rudest, most arrogant and unapologetic person i ever met.

I went to the BRanch last week to collect an Online order. Showed 1 of the Other ladies the ticket number and she told me its still coming.

i told her im standing 1 side and she mustnt forget about me. I may as well have been invisible. After waiting 45min i go to the Girl with the glasses and show her the order number. and she checks the fridge again and Low and behold, right behind All the other pizza was mine.

She gives it to me and i told her they made me wait 45min for nothing!!!. she just looked at me, gave me serviette's and she turned her back. and that was it.

no im sorry. nothing. Thats all i was looking for. Time for me is very valuable and covid highlighted this for many. so not respecting my time by wasting it i wont stand for

Hope management at the branch can sort this girls attitude out. the other lady, African lady, apologized and i accepted her apology.

Sometimes people dont want **** for free. They just want recognition that their valuable time was wasted, allowing staff the opportunity to apologize and reflect on how to better make sure they do not waste peoples time.

I will in future refuse to deal with that rude Girl
