Wont take ownership for mess up!

Ordered telephonically from Lansdowne branch for collection on the 17/03/2019, boyfriend collected and when he returned home (Strandfontein) our pizza had no toppings on it was just plain tomato base with cheese. Called to complain they wanted me to drive all the way back and return the full pizza, this was not possible as my kids were starving as we were having power outages in our area, they went ahead and ate, I took pictures of the pizzas as proof and was told there is nothing they can do about it I had to bring the whole pizza back to be replaced. I asked to speak to a manager they advised he is busy they will chat to him and get him to call me back to this date no call back was received. How unrealistic to expect a customer who comes from so far to drive again and not care to even apologise. I am utterly disgusted with this service and will not return neither use them for my companies corporate events any longer.
