Waiting time.

The Bin Rashied in Rosmead is absolutely awful with time. I called at 19:20 to place an order and I said I’d collect in 30 minutes. Got there at 20:00, food isn’t ready. I then added on an extra pizza(BIIIIG mistake), I got home at 21:15 after the long wait. My food was ready, but the buzzer never went off(I went in after the first 30 minutes, then I was given a buzzer). My food was cold when I got home. It’s such a pity they’re awful with time, because their food is actually good😒.
