UNHAPPY CUSTOMER - POOR SERVICE

Good day Management Team,

I placed an order today for large Indonesian Pizza this has been my and my family favorite pizza

I have never tried any other pizza other than the Indonesian

The pizza was very strong and my kids was unable to eat it I had to get something else instead MY MONEY WASTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That wasnt a big issue because we human and we make mistakes....

I’m so disgusted in the service from Tshepiso who claims she is the so called manager with absolutely no customer service experience.

She has no way of dealing with an unhappy customer instead she made me very furious and you have LOST a loyal customer

I will inform my family and friends to not support this business as your concern is not a priority instead I felt like I never had to choose this place for lunch
