UNAPPETIZING PIZZA

On Sunday around about 8 am I ordered a vegetarian pizza. The pizza was cold when it was delivered and avocado pieces was not displayed on all the pizza slices. As you know the pizza is quite expensive at Bin Rashied as they usually create a good pizza. I contacted them stating my concern and I spoke to SEIPATI and requested another pizza seeing that they sent such a terrible one, she assured me that she will speak to the manager and she never got back to me. Her attitude towards customer service was quite poor as they have no concern for their customers as she rep**** they were very busy . So should one just be satisfied what you get from these food places.!!!!! Very disappointing.
