Poor hygiene and disregard for contaning covid 19 spread

To the owner of Bin Rashied Franchise.

I frequent Bin Rashied Woodstock because the pizzas are good but I have a serious concern with their hygiene practices the Manager who had no customer s****s and refused to provide her name or the owners details when I requested it.

While waiting, I noticed the staff wear gloves and with the same pair of gloves would prepare the pizzas, touch all surfaces, mops etc, clean utentils in buckets of water, then touch the pizza topping, place their dirty hands inside the pizza box, when I asked for a clean box. Explaining my concern regarding the risk of contamination they still went ahead and packaged the pizza not understanding and arguing that they wearing gloves. Gloves protects the hands but contaminates all surfaces including the pizzas and pizza boxes.

St Elmos use to occupy this exact same premises. St Elmos no longer exist, we exist because of the customer's support.

The supposed manager was abrupt. I emailed the South African health control services to investigate the hygiene standards and protocol wrt stopping the spread covid 19.

The supposed manager has no idea. Invest in someone with management abilities or ups****, train and inform the staff.

Staff show no empathy for their blaten disregard to hygiene. Many of the customers take their health seriously and the health of their families and children.
