Plastic found in pizza.

I purchased a Margherita pizza at the branch in Grassy Park and found plastic in my pizza. I am 40 weeks pregnant and find this to be extremely hazardous to my health. Not to mention my 3 year old son who also had of it. Who knows how much plastic he ate. Not impressed at all.
