Pathetic service

Horrible service. Arrogant and poor attitude. They decided to change the menu without reason and up the prices. Fine, I have no complaints about that. But in doing so they added a veg to a pizza that I used to always have. Now they dont allow you to substitute anything off your pizza. As someone who's worked in a restaurant before I can't understand why they don't actually give proper service. I'd understand their reaction had I asked to swap a vegetable for a meat. But i asked to swap a vegetable for another because of allergies and be told I can't. Pathetic... ive been a loyal customer for years, but as a result of this I won't be going back. They used to be good but I wont be buying from them anymore. They have dropped so sub par that in future I'd even choose debonairs over them. In fact I'd rather take a 30 min drive to the butchers wife then a 5 min drive to bin rashieds.
