Horrible and threatening service

The food at Bin Rashied Salt River is amazing, which is why I've recommended it before, including for a recent team-building event.

Unfortunately, today's service (around 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm) was disappointing. Oliver was friendly and helpful, and we simply asked if we could quickly step out to a nearby shop and return while our food was still in the oven.

Before Oliver could respond, a tall staff member who refused to provide his name started raising his voice and pointing at us, asking how many times he had to repeat himself, despite us never having spoken to him before. The only staff member we had interacted with was Oliver. The staff member later identified himself as the GM and even called Oliver "crazy" for continuing to assist us.

Management may want to review the CCTV footage and speak to the staff on duty, who can confirm that we were polite throughout. Great food, but the customer service experience today was very disappointing.
