Food for food poisoning

I have been buying from Bin Rashied since their branch opened in grassy park. I've always been supportive and gave them a good name. About 2months ago, I bought a large kashmir pizza(Tikka chicken and pineapple) this was a regular order of mine,so I knew what to expect. However, the following day myself and my husband had running tummies because of the pizza. I was very disappointed, but because I am a customer I let it go. Last night I decided to give Bin Rashied a chance to redeem themselves, and ordered my supper from them just before 10pm. The cashier informed me they are about to close, but still took my order. I ordered a med salta(steak and avo) which cost me R94. When I got home and started eating the pizza, something about the taste was sour and it seemed the steak was off. Great, another disappointment, how can they serve people old steak? We could get food poisoning, as if our running tummies we previously encountered wasn't enough. I ended up picking out all the steak and basically eating a margeritha, which I paid R94 for. I had to eat something as this was supposed to be supper. I couldn't go back as they were closed. This time I decided to do something about it, as the quality they portray, what I experienced and what they charge for, is not what I get from them anymore. The following morning I waited for them to open so I could tell them what happened. I called in and spoke to a Mandela or thando(can't remember his name) I asked if I could be reimbursed. He advised me to bring what I had left of the pizza, which was 2untouched slices, and all the steak I picked off the pizza. When I got there, he spoke to his manager, Dean, over the phone. He then advised me that they can only reimburse me with a 50% discount on my next purchase. This was not worth it for me. I wanted my money back. I asked him to advise his manager of this and if I could speak to him to explain why. He told me to give me his number and that Dean would call me back. Which he did, and then also advised me of the same 50% discount they could reimburse me with, because, according to their policy, I had to return at least half of the pizza. I don't feel this applies to me, since they were already closed at the time I discovered the meat was off, I was there last customer last night. My husband and I worked with what we had to suffice our supper, by picking off all the sour meat, which I returned. Dean could not explain to me why the 2slices I brought back plus all the steak I picked off, was not enough for them to do an 'investigation'. All he told me was he could not assist me. I was embarrassed in front of all the customers in the store at the time. I wasted time and petrol driving the distance I stay from all the way to their shop, to bring back the ******* I was served to make me sick, which I paid R94 for, only for them to not reimburse me in anyway. I was disappointed, now I'm just disgusted by the manner in which I was dealt with, and the fact that I wasted my money on them, AGAIN. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. I WILL GIVE EVERYONE I KNOW A PATHETIC REVIEW ON THEIR OLD STEAK AND PIZZAS THAT GAVE US RUNNING TUMMIES. I WANT THE OWNERS OF THAT FRANCHISE TO REIMBURSE MY MONEY BACK, I CAN'T WRAPP MY HEAD AROUND HOW MUCH OF MY TIME AND MONEY THEY HAVE WASTED! PLEASE ASSIST ME IN GETTING MY MONEY BACK

I'm still embarrassed and disgusted by the sour meat I was served last weekend. I was basically ****** by Bin Rashied. And nothing is being done about it.
