Bought a pizza from them

Bought a pizza from them . The base was full of flower. While one ate , you just tasted flour. When I phoned them they told me to return it. However on my Returning it I was told I had to bring back at least 50% of the pizza. But I told them I was nit communicated that , neither was I offered the policy that states that. And also I had to wait more than 30min for my pizza , myself being a walk-in customer, noticed that phone orders it appeared was dealt with first.
