Bin rashied lansdowne Bad customer service, disgusting food quality and dishonesty

I bough 2 pizzas at the lansdowne branch and up ordering I requested for the pizzas not to be burnt. Upon receipt the base was burnt and I indicated that to the manager. Initially I was told that a replacement pizzas. Later was told that it won't happen as the general manager, which was not present, said its ok. I pointed out that my pizzas look nothing like the picture in store. She responded to say it is only a picture???? I eventually left the store without food as I was told the owner would be reviewing the food the next day. After three days I followed up and was informed that an email response was sent. The nature of the email was that it won't be replaced. I now back to collect my food and is now being told it's gone?? How iss that fair. I paid for it. Not pho e calls not apologies, I. Just expected to lose out. Please these people is a *******. I know Mr mehano for years as we a long standing customers. He had a lot of pride but this people is really and truly dishonest ad food quality disgusting
