What a diabolical experience in Kenilworth this evening. Called in an order, was told 35 minutes to collect. Show up 40 minutes, gets told 10 more minutes. 10 minutes pass, 5 more minutes, then it's in the oven, then wait some more. Meanwhile other orders are leaving and the delivery drivers get prioritized. Manager eventually calls me to tell me it's ready, 59 minutes after placing the call. A total crock of (expletive deleted).
