Bad service

I went to place a order in wynberg, they debited my account twice the lady said it would only come once off , this was R173, I came back home the amount went off twice they said on three separate occasions they would refund . Initially the refund was meant to be immediate that did not happen no compensation or anything the manager was rude as well never buying from them again
