Pathetic service!!!!

Pathetic service at bin rashid in kenilworth. The staff have attitude like its nobody's business and on 3 occasions I had to drive back to the store because my order was wrong. Tonight my son orders a large Kashmiri amd asks for the pineapple to be removed and replaced with mushrooms. They charge us R14.00 extra for mushrooms. The pizza arrives with mr delivery and no mushrooms and no pineapple!!! Just blady chicken but I had to pay extra. I call them now and nobody answers as usual. You have to dial that number atleast 5 times before anyone answers during the day. The staff are just..omg
